Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Golden Village. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including Security Systems installation, Maintenance, Electronics, Opto-Electronics, Communication, and Software services within the UAE, specifically across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

By engaging our services or accessing our platforms, you agree to be bound by the following terms:


1. Scope of Services

Golden Village provides specialized technology and security solutions. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Quotation.

  • Maintenance: Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are subject to the specific terms regarding frequency of visits and hardware coverage as defined in the contract.

  • Software: Any software provided is licensed, not sold, and is intended for the specific use case outlined in the project scope.


2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary access to premises for installation and maintenance.

  • Ensure a stable power supply and required infrastructure for electronic and communication systems.

  • Obtain any necessary internal approvals required for the installation of security and surveillance equipment.


3. Compliance with UAE Regulations

All security installations, including CCTV and Access Control, are performed in strict accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) and MCC (Monitoring and Control Centre).

  • The client is responsible for the legal use of the surveillance systems provided.

  • Golden Village is not liable for any misuse of the systems that violates UAE privacy laws.


4. Payment Terms

  • Quotations: All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments: Terms regarding deposits, progress payments, and final balances will be specified in the invoice or contract.

  • Late Payments: Golden Village reserves the right to suspend maintenance services or technical support in the event of overdue payments.


5. Intellectual Property

All custom software code, technical designs, and proprietary opto-electronic configurations developed by Golden Village remain the intellectual property of Golden Village unless a transfer of ownership is explicitly agreed upon in writing.


6. Warranty and Liability

  • Hardware Warranty: All electronic hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Golden Village provides labor warranty as specified in the service contract.

  • Limitation of Liability: While we provide high-grade security solutions, Golden Village does not guarantee that the system will prevent all unauthorized intrusions or emergencies. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from system downtime.


7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered and hardware installed up to the date of termination.


8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
